ConServIT's
Natural Speech Technology

"When
you first invent something, everyone says
it won't work.
When it works, everyone asks who would ever
use such a thing.
When everyone is using the thing, everyone
considers it obvious"
Peter Theis, inventor of interactive
voice response and natural speech technology

ConServIT's
technologies concern several facets of operations, including
the way the caller is handled (Natural Speech Technologies),
the switching and balancing of call loads (Dynamic Allocation)
and processing of caller information to convert the caller
information into digital text computer code.
With natural speech technologies (NST) the entire call
dialog is conversational. NST accepts open ended responses
from callers, and maintains the dialog based on the caller's
open ended, unrestricted responses. A real-world dialog
is generally comprised of expressions and thought patterns,
and may have neither individual words nor complete sentences.
Expressions often used by others and their machines, such
as "Answer YES or NO", "You can speak now"
or "Did you say - followed by repeating what the
caller said in response to the previous question -"
are not appropriate for NST.
It is because of ConServIT's advanced technologies that,
in competitive environments, ConServIT outperforms anyone.
It's guaranteed! |
