Peter Theis, the founder and current president of Conversational Voice Technologies Corporation, ConServIT's parent, is recognized as the inventor of both Interactive Voice Response and Natural Speech Technology. He has been involved with computers for almost half a century and voice technologies for over a quarter of a century. In his career, he has programmed, designed and marketed computer equipment and systems, as well as managing computer manufacturing facilities and operations.

Mr. Theis has been involved with Conversational Voice Technologies Corporation, ConServIT's parent, for almost 30 years.

His academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Yale University, a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago and post graduate work in Stockholm, Sweden. He is familiar with several foreign languages, as spoken languages. He is an experienced artic traveler, hiker, sailor and canoeist. His articles have been published in numerous magazines and he has spoken at numerous recognized forums. He is listed in Marquis' Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in America and Who's Who in Science and Engineering, among others.
