If there is one criticism ConServIT deserves, it is our less than satisfactory performance updating clients and friends about the ever-expanding variety of services we provide. Too often, the perception of our services in the marketplace has been limited to being yet another “automated” call center. Our objective, looking forward, is to alert our clients to the wide range of services we offer to help each client meet overall contact center objectives.
An Expanded View of the ConServIT Call Center
ConServIT is a medium-sized, multilingual automated call center, having the approximate capacity equivalent of a 600 seat, fully staffed, 24/7 live facility. Typical client programs range in size from as many as 20,000 to as little as 1,000 calls a month. However, for our wide range of clients, we have handled as many as a quarter million calls in a month, and as few as a handful.
It is well recognized that, over the years, ConServIT has acquired unparalleled experience with natural speech technology, succeeding in a broad range of applications. Less well known is that we also partner with others to provide live call handling services – the totality being a complete spectrum of call center services.
Our capabilities include redirecting callers to an alternate facility, such as a live center, or handling callers transferred to us from a live facility. With these features, we have the flexibility to be easily and inexpensively integrated within a more extensive call center environment. If a caller needs services other than those for which ConServIT’s systems are programmed, our technology is smart enough (in natural speech) to transfer the caller to a live facility without the caller even being aware the call had been handled automatically in the first place. The ability to switch back and forth is becoming an increasingly important capability for more advanced clients that have become dissatisfied with offshore and IVR/word recognition systems with their high start up costs and significant, inherent shortcomings.
Of course, we take overflow from live centers, and vice versa, to be certain callers are never lost or put on hold. And ConServIT never puts callers on hold as others do, hoping an operator becomes available before the caller hangs up!
There are certain things that ConServIT does better than anyone else – and high on that list would be capturing a caller’s name and address. If a caller doesn’t spell a street name, we ask for it. If a caller does not provide the city and state, we ask for it - to get the information accurately. We also work marvels accurately capturing the phone number and email address of callers.
Email and Direct Mail
ConServIT processes contact requests arriving by email and regular mail as well as telephone, consolidating requests from all sources into a common database. We can maintain the database at our premises, or transmit the information, pre-formatted, ready for merging into a client’s database.
Fulfillment
ConServIT can respond to caller requests by mail or faxing information. We can send personalized letters, including letters where the content changes depending on the information the caller provided. For larger mailings and more specialized fulfillment, ConServIT partners with firms that specialize in the particular type of fulfillment required by a client, providing the client greater flexibility at the lowest possible cost.
Database Management
ConServIT can provide database management services to maintain caller information for the client.
Telephone Services
Because ConServIT works with many carriers, we have unique flexibility. We know the services available, and which carriers to contact for the best price. Many of the features offered by carriers are not even known to carrier representatives, even if you are fortunate enough to reach a competent carrier representative. ConServIT helps its clients obtain the right telephone switching services to best serve their needs.
We maintain numerous toll free numbers for use by our clients. We can obtain a toll free vanity number for our clients within 24 hours, if the number is available.
