"There is more to life than increasing it's speed"
Mahatma Gandi

  1. How does ConServIT handle calls better than agents at a live center?

ConServIT calls are modeled to handle callers just as the best agent in a live center (It is not scripted as an IVR would be). The call is therefore better than a call handled by the average agent.

  2. What happens if the caller needs to speak to a representative?

The caller would either be switched to a live operator, be called back, or asked to call a different number.

  3. What is the difference between "Natural Speech" and "Speech Recognition"?

The term "speech recognition" is generally associated with recognizing a word, such as a number or YES or NO.

Natural Speech, on the other hand, is a fundamentally different technology, focusing on the interpretation of expressions. It recognizes that people do not talk in isolated words but in connected expressions, dropping certain words and slurring over others. For example, the written expression "Would you send me a..." becomes "Wadjasemya..." in natural speech (NST).

  4. How many calls can ConServIT handle simultaneously?

ConServIT's proprietary technology allocates resources to meet each clients needs. Since 1999, ConServIT has had less than 1 minute, total, when lines for a client were blocked.

  5. Is there any difference between the percentage of calls that ConServIT completes compared with IVR?

In competitive situations, ConServIT will increase the number of complete records by 50% to over 300% from the same number of calls received. That means for every 1,000 calls, ConServIT clients receive one and a half, to better than three times as many complete responses as using IVR with either speech recognition or touch tone input.

  6. What happens if the callers want something special that ConServIT can't handle?

There are several alternatives, including using ConServIT's intelligent branching to switch the caller to a live service.

  7. How long does it take ConServIT to get a program up and running?

ConServIT has done it in less than one week, but one month is preferable to make sure that everything is tested and operating.
